2007 Thrash Bash Pre-Registration

 

This year we've made pre-registration even easier. Just follow these simple instructions.

 

1. Download the contest registration form and the waiver ( for skaters new to the park ), and fill them out.

2. Send the forms, as well as payment to Kona Skatepark.
Option A. Mail check or money order to Kona Skatepark, 8739 Kona Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32211
Option B. Fax or mail credit card payments to (904)725-7881, or above address.
