REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All skaters at Kona must have a waiver on file before they can skate. This waiver must be signed by a parent or LEGAL guardian.

If it is not signed at Kona Skatepark, it must be NOTARIZED. You can download the form below or pick one up from the park.
